My scapula muscles still painful. Maybe tomorrow i'll see an orthopeadic dr to rule out any more serious problems.
Today i am trying out my own detox program. After my exercise this morning i had pureed plum n green apple. For juice it was half pineapple, small bitter gourd, small beetroot, half cucumber. Not too bad the taste but i won't add in the bittergourd . oh, and a lemon.
Felt very sleepy and tired and had a nap. Upon waking up, felt a little hungry. Took half a plum ( didn't like it cos was not sweet) and a fuji apple.
Then my tummy started to churn.......real detox!
Now, 1 hour later, am starting to feel hungry. I don't think I can last till tomorrow la..
Just feel like munching eventhough i'm not feeling terribly hungry. Mmmm... must be bad habit.
Was thinking of 24 hr detox but again, really feel like munching, hai!
