New Chicken

Hehehehe.... we found a new chicken and it's a cock. Actually the guard thought it was ours. We were asking around if they had seen our lost chicken. So a few days later, the guard stopped us on our way home and said he found our chicken and Chang, in no time, quickly took the chicken home!

This is a steady cock. He is not afraid of dogs or humans. Won't even budge when Chloe is near him.

Chicken is up in the hanging lights!

Little Jory

Little Jory has gone to a new owner yesterday after staying with us for 2 nights. He's so very cute and loves people. This 7 week old pup is so adorable that I can't help liking him though i never really fancy a schnauzer. He's a good playmate to my angel Chloe and rather intelligent too. Very responsive and will come when called.

Detox

My scapula muscles still painful. Maybe tomorrow i'll see an orthopeadic dr to rule out any more serious problems.
Today i am trying out my own detox program. After my exercise this morning i had pureed plum n green apple. For juice it was half pineapple, small bitter gourd, small beetroot, half cucumber. Not too bad the taste but i won't add in the bittergourd . oh, and a lemon.
Felt very sleepy and tired and had a nap. Upon waking up, felt a little hungry. Took half a plum ( didn't like it cos was not sweet) and a fuji apple.
Then my tummy started to churn.......real detox!
Now, 1 hour later, am starting to feel hungry. I don't think I can last till tomorrow la..
Just feel like munching eventhough i'm not feeling terribly hungry. Mmmm... must be bad habit.
Was thinking of 24 hr detox but again, really feel like munching, hai!

Chicken is Lost!

Chicken is lost since this morning. She was out with the dogs as usual but did not come home. Poor Chicken, where are you? Hope you'll find your way home and not be in someone's cooking pot...........boo hooooooo!

This is Prince. He came to stay with us for a week from 30th Aug till 7th Sept cause his family was away for holiday. This little guy has lots of energy and a good playmate to Chloe. The only snag about him is he is not toilet trained!

Today my back shoulder got worse it seems. Hopefully the pain will go away in a few days ....... ouch! Dunno if i can still do some aerobics with my hurt back.
Went for a movie "money no enuf 2" with my movie kaki nevertheless. typical singapore movie lah.

now doing potato mask on my burnt face, real cacat!

Finally

so this is it! past midnight now... so maybe will do it tomorrow.
